Servers are provisioned after successful payment. No server capacity is reserved before payment unless separately confirmed. Invoices and payment status are handled through the customer portal.
Customers are responsible for administering their server, securing their applications, maintaining passwords and keys, keeping software updated and ensuring lawful use.
Standard support covers provisioning, access details, billing, booked add-ons, booked setup services and basic infrastructure questions. Individual Linux administration, software debugging, migrations, database repair, mail reputation work and custom Docker issues are not included unless separately agreed.
Spam, phishing, malware, botnets, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized scanning, illegal content, copyright abuse, crypto mining and activity that harms infrastructure or third parties are prohibited. Mail server use may be restricted or require additional review.
Services may be suspended for non-payment, abuse reports, legal risk, security risk, prohibited use or risk to infrastructure. Senra may request remediation before reactivation.
Customers remain responsible for their own data and backup strategy. Optional backup services add a safety layer but do not remove the need for customer-side exports and retention planning.
Monthly services can be cancelled according to the portal settings and final contract terms. Data may be deleted after termination or suspension according to the final retention policy.
Any SLA, liability limits, maintenance windows and availability promises must be finalized legally before launch. No enterprise-grade or 24/7 full-service promise is made by this draft.
