Senra Cloud processes personal data to operate the website, customer portal, billing, support, abuse handling and security operations. The exact controller details must be completed before launch.
When you visit the website, technical access data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent and referrer may be processed for security, delivery and troubleshooting.
The portal may process account data, order data, invoice data, payment status and service records. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe, Mollie or another configured provider.
Support requests may include contact details, ticket content, server identifiers and technical context. Abuse reports may be stored to investigate spam, malware, phishing, network abuse or prohibited use.
Possible providers include Cloudflare for website delivery, WHMCS for customer management, upstream cloud infrastructure providers, payment providers, monitoring providers and accounting tools such as Lexoffice or sevDesk. The final list must be verified.
Data is retained only as long as needed for service delivery, accounting, legal obligations, security, abuse handling and legitimate operational interests. Exact periods must be finalized.
